We fully agree that timely feedback is critical in making the efforts invested by applicants worthwhile. We investigated your review and found that the massive delay in response was due to us not yet having set up the right handover processes internally when responsibilities are evolving or people are going to vacation. That’s one of the downsides of a fast growing environment that things are from time to time a bit chaotic.
