Very laid back and just a few questions but overall good experience. Everyone seems very friendly and the job seems to be ok for the pay.. Not sure when they notify you, maybe a week or two.. It was open interviews but when I was there only 1 other person was there..

The interview process is actually very laid back and chill. There’s a decent amount of questions and can be intensive though. But it isn’t anything out of the ordinary. The company is vey transparent about procedures.

Rent-2-Own was so personable and nice. Everyone I interviewed with, from the regional manager, to the store manager, to other account managers took all of my questions and concerns into consideration and really worked to help me with anything I could think of. They call themselves a Rent-2-Own FAMILY, and you can really feel that when they want to offer you into their family.
