ryze beyond BI Developer interview questions

First there was an online assignment in SQL that wasn't really hard. Then I had an interview with the team lead who asked me some technical SQL questions After that I had another SQL and Excel assignment which I didn't understand why I had to take 2 SQL assignments and not just 1 longer. In the final interview, I visited their offices and spoke with both the team lead and the HR representative. They told me they would get back to me after a few days, but it took two weeks to give me an answer. Even then, they just emailed me a generic declined email without even giving me a phone call, which I found very disrespectful.
