It was a group interview that lasted around 30 mins. Was asked to pick our favourite shoe and had to give a sales pitch for that shoe. We also had to draw/design our own customised shoe and explain which demographic it would be for and explain the features of the customised shoe to tailor it to said demographic

In person interview with two managers of the store. Asked few questions about the company but more a focus on the individual. Keen on targets which are monitored through out shifts (not very well in my opinion).

Group interview , few questions, we sat in the store together , it was quite easy , staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was quite quick as well so easy process.
