Group interview with some tasks. Had to find a box in the store room while timed. Was pretty informal and really relaxed. Was probably with about 10 other people and I think they hired around two people, including me.
1 on 1 interview with shop deputy manager. Asked general questions about what experience I had in retail, why I wanted to work for them. Then did a trial shift for a few hours.
There was a group interview with about 10 people then 1-1 interview after if successful in the group, would recommend to speak up in the group interview to make sure u are noticed
