Interview Process consist of written assignment followed by 2 technical interviews taken by Test team, 1 technical interview taken by lead backend engineer and finally CEO round.
Written assignment has problem sets related to aptitude and testing knowledge. Technical interviews tested your knowledge in the areas of functional, non functional, performance, security, mobile, API and automation testing. Selenium, data structures, sql, excel macros were also asked along with past projects and tools used.
Finally the most interesting round was CEO round which went like a conversation around the current technologies, startup culture, questions testing your Aptitude and IQ, problem solving skills, projects that you have worked on, domain knowledge and yourself. Whole experience from HR to CEO was a very positive one.
