Application I applied through cold mail. The process took almost 2 weeks. I interviewed at smallcase in Sep 2023 Interview The interview process was good, I was tested on both DSA and development. There were three rounds, the first started with questions on resume mentioned previous internships, tested my problem-solving abilities in JS fundamentals, and Nodejs. Full live coding like api calls, promises etc and after this DSA based problem, and in the second round, The second once started again with questions based on my resume, like mentioned experience. How you have done this approach discussion and along with cross questioning on the same. Then move to mongodb part, DBMS, then on OS related topics like to design that algo, design problems. After this I was given live problem statement that how will I approach it, which tech stack will I use, how will solved, then pseudo code for the same. After this JS fundamentals and then DSA problem medium level of backtracking + recursion. The third round was a Hiring manager round, general discussion of my resume with some discussion on various technology and on my projects, how I approached to that, in that manner, along with this again questions on how previous experience, I was told that I was judged on skills that I am culturally fit for the organization or not. Overall the interview experience was great for me. I'm really excited that I started my journey at smallcase.

Second round was also technical round based on live coding, dsa problems. Third round was HR round based on behavioral questions.
