UNPROFESSIONAL and CONFUSING. I had a confirmed interview set with their recruiter and answered some basic questions. Not even 24 hours later, before the scheduled time, I got a generic no-reply rejection email. The calendar invite was not cancelled or removed and there was no other follow-up (I did login to confirm in case there was an error, but no one showed up). The EASIEST thing to do would have been to send a calendar appointment cancellation after that email. Take the other warnings seriously as they definitely have some problems and treat applicants like junk mail.

The interview felt like a conversation. Interviewer told me about the work and what his daily workflow is like. We discussed a programming project I had done. We discussed what the job would be like. We discussed their tech stack.
