Interview
They used an outside HR to perform the interview. She was lovely and professional. She did not ask any questions about skills or experience. More situational questions. Very responsive in email about questions but as she was an outside HR interviewer, could not give many answers to how things were run ex. culture questions/collaboration/etc. so that was a downside because I did not get any info about Surefoot other than what was on their website. Did not receive any rejection email communication, just got ghosted and never heard from them again.
