Overall process is not transparent. I am not sure who interviewed me, guy never switched on camera. HR called me to schedule interview and was pronouncing the company name incorrectly "Sy mplr" though it is written "Symplr" it is pronounced as "Simpler" I got an email for first round, until first round was done - I did not have claritiy of what this first round was. This is a red flag. and c'mmon in the era of copilot, you are asking DSA question. People write code with help of copilot. No one sits and does tree balancing. I am not sure about the outcome but I did not like the closed CAM interview. and I work in big firm where we interview the candidate direcly - without keeping the camera shutter off. Their recruiters have to mature on the process.
