Question 1
1. The short call with the recruiter was standard insuring the requirements were met.
2. The HR manager interview surprised me because it was technical and she did live coding!! I did some mistakes, the code didn't run but she gave me feedback on spot. HR manager seemed to really care about her team so she asked many behavior/characteristic questions and what I enjoy doing.

Interview
It's and exciting project. The interview process was fair and smooth questions were in line with the job description. However, the response time could take several days. Probably because it is an early stage startup.
