It was a series of four interviews which I thought a bit excessive considering the position. Each time meeting with someone else asking the exact same questions. The questions were pretty general nothing out of the ordinary. I wished I had asked more questions about the agency before accepting the offer as I found myself highly disappointed at the lack of training and support for new recruits, very much a swim or sink agency.
