Interview
The entire interview process involved three separate interviews: 1st interview was with one person only, and involved very broad/general questions, 2nd interview was with 4 people and you had to present and analyze an example of your own work. The 3d interview was also with 4 people, and involved a 3D-skill test to demonstrate how one would tackle a task reminiscent of the daily work in the department.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in Apr 2023
Interview
3 interviews. The first interview was with a recruiter. Talked about my background and motivation. The second interview was with the team lead and two senior 3d artists. For this interview I had to do a case study where they wanted me to create 2 small 3D models. I was given 2 OBJ files of the 3D models and had to retopo them. In this interview I was mostly asked technical questions about my workflow. The 3rd interview was about personal fit and motivation. I don’t know if got the job yet, so I set my answer to "no".
