The interview was a case study format. I was given a case in advance to prepare before the interview. During the session, I presented my analysis and then had a discussion with the interviewer about my approach and findings. The conversation was interactive, with the interviewer asking follow-up questions to explore my thinking further.

Process was a bit chaotic. First had to upload several videos to an AI platform - I would not have expected Lego to use AI services, which are inherently biased and flawed, due to it being a Danish company. Quite a bad first impression. I was later invited to an online interview - but I was not informed of the role of who I would be talking with before the interview and therefore thought it was someone from HR. Turns out it was my manager-to-be. Job details were very vague, but interview itself was quite pleasant.
