First I had a phone interview with HR, and then I was invited to the interview process. They were extremely organized about it and sent me a schedule for the day. The process consisted of three, 1 hour interviews - one with someone in a comparable position on the team, one with who the job would directly report to, and one with HR...The facility is beautiful and it was an over-all very pleasant interview process.
