(broad personality/career topics) 2. Follow-up interview with people leader and team leader. 60 mins. (my working style, qualifications, etc.) 3. Final interview with HR consultant, people leader, team leader and team member. 90 minutes. (incl. case presentation) 4. People leader reached out with job offer, salary offer, etc. 5. Sign contract, etc.
