I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group in May 2014
Interview
Initial communication was by email, through this I was able to schedule an interview at the store itself. In this interview, I was interviewed by the store manager where I was asked about prior work experience and what would I bring to Lego and then was told they would possibly follow things up with a phone interview. A few days later I was told that the manager would like to interview me on the phone for the position, this interview let the manager learn more about me. After the interview I was told the day that I'd hear a response on what the decision was and what time I would be expecting a call. I was called later in the day the decision was made that I got the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Lone Tree, CO) in July 2025
Interview
Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.
The interview was a typical one, where questions of how you have interacted with children included, which was different but expected from a store such as this one. I really enjoyed the conversation and the way they handled the interview.
