Interview
It was a 3-stage seamless process, firstly with HR, then a panel of directors, then with the hiring manager. It was incredibly interesting, engaging and interactive. By far the best process I've been part of.

Question 1
The main questions were "How will you help the Lego Group prepare for the future?". Everything else stemmed through that and some deep dive on the points of my CV.
