I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group in July 2022
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me for an interview. They didn't seem know my current company (though it's big, and partnering with Lego), they didn't seem to understand my current work or most of what I said during the interview, even. It was an odd experience. They said I would hear back the following week. After two weeks I reached out to no response, the following week I got an auto-reply that I did not go to the next round.
Interview difficulty set to "Average" because it was so hard to communicate with the recruiter about my current job. Never experienced that before. Overall a negative experience, I don't think I will apply here again.

Question 1
What kind of innovation have you worked on?
Why do you want to work here?
The process was very comprehensive but constructive the whole way through with multiple interview stages and tasks. And despite delays due to holidays and internal deadlines communication was good throughout.
