I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in June 2022
Interview
I got headhunted on LN and after initial call with a HR person, my profile was shared with a manager searching for Lead Engineer. I had second interview online with manager and tech engineer, and after that I had final and third interview in Lego Campus. Last interview lasted 3h, and covered both personal and technical topics. We had breaks and lunch organized.
Overall experience was awesome, and fully flexible to support my needs as mother on maternity leave.

Hiring manager + other stakeholders - a bit longer and more detailed talk with a group closer to the work, including the hiring manager, again gauging fit at a somewhat high-level.

Interview process was a great experience and the process, next steps were well updated by HR and the hiring manager. The case study round is something very interesting, which also gives the candidates a understanding of what the role expects from you.
