Interview
The process was good, everyone was efficient at responding back to me, and the feedback throughout was helpful. The technical test was more generic I thought, and would need more tailoring for specific roles.
The interview process was smooth and efficient, consisting of three stages. I was kept informed throughout with timely updates, clear communication, and transparency about what to expect at each step.
Some online and in-person interviews, including a case, some live-coding and meeting with the competency lead and Lead Engineer. Process was fairly quick, and they were great at keeping you in-the-loop about what was to come and what to be expected next.

Interview
Slightly cumbersome, many rounds of interviews and a case to prepare from home. Both recruiters and interviewers were incredibly nice and ensured a comfortable atmosphere. But the process was incredibly long, from applying for the job to having my first day at work, was a time frame of a little over two months.
