Submitted my resume and received an interview invitation within 2 weeks. Interview was with the recruiter via Teams. It was a good interview. The recruiter was friendly, candid and was keen to understand my past experiences in line with the job requirements. I was also informed that the hiring manager was keen to consider internal candidates before external ones. I thought it's a good practice for the organization.
