I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group in June 2023
Interview
The interview process was fairly comprehensive and what I would expect for a design role in general, and this one in specific. There was a potential snag when initially switching from messaging the recruiter over LinkedIn, to receiving an email invitation to the first interview, which I only saw once it was almost too late. There was also a 1-month delay during the summer holidays, which is to be expected in Denmark. :D Nevertheless, the process overall was good.

Question 1
I can't remember a specific question. The recruitment for this position had a lot to do with the project given by the hiring manager to assess the applicant's interpretation of the brief and ability to present something compelling.
