Pre recorded video process. Question flashes up and then you have 30 seconds to responds and then you have 1 redo. Questions were generally okay however, some were very vague and had no real way to get clarity. The process felt...sterile and honestly a bit soulless. First was pre recorded video interview. Second was a call with HR.

Video questions, pre recorded and you have to send in the responses after they flash up. They were not easy questions sometimes they were very specific and often hard to understand what they were looking for.

3 interviews in total: 1 interview with the Recruiter + 1 interview including case study with the Hiring Manager + 1 interview with 3 team members The overall process was quick, 1 week between each step. The total duration of the full process was about 1 month.

The interview process consisted of 3 Rounds of Interviews. 1st round was with HR, followed by 2 sessions with Sr. team members. The process from initial interview to offer letter took 2-3 months.
