First I had a interview with HR, this was more generic with questions about my motivation and experience a bit. Later on the second interview with the hiring manager I got thoroughly questioned about my job experience a I was also asked about my education, why did I choose to move to Denmark, thus they could explore my personality and character well. Last, the third interview I had some tasks to deliver and present. Through out the presentation they could explore my working method and attitude better.

it was 3 interview : 1.With HR 2.With Head of financial, planning and controlling +1 3. Study case+ head of department +1 In general, good structure, good questions and really good study case, which was interesting for me.
