A four stage process - an informal chat with an internal recruiter prior to applying, a video interview with said recruiter, a video interview with the insights manager and a final interview/presentation with two insights colleagues and a member of the ops team.

There were three interviews; separate video interviews with HR and the hiring manager and a video interview and presentation with a panel of stakeholders. Each interaction was friendly and engaging. The process took two months but was fairly laidback.
