I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region)
Interview
Applied several times. I had an interview with HR, where I was ghosted after the first session. Kept applying and got a second interview where the process was a lot better.
The interview consisted of 3 parts. An HR Interview where you and a recruiter would get to know each other. Depending on the recruiter, this process is either really smooth, chill and fun or stressed. I'd say it's easy to gather from the interview whether you'll make it to the second round.
The second round was an interview with the hiring manager. Questions were asked about soft- and hard skills but nothing crazy. They'll try their best to make you feel comfortable. This will probably be your immediate manager, so make sure to interview them as well! :)
The third interview was a coding case. I was surprised at the amount of time expected and this could really be a turn off for me. Make sure that the third interview is booked at some point in the future to make sure you've got ample spare time for the case. Afterwards, you present the case to the lead engineer, hiring manager and the recruiter, where they'll have their final say.
The process begins with submitting an application, after which qualified candidates are contacted and invited to attend an in-person interview conducted at the specific store location where the final hiring decision will ultimately be made
When I had my interview the process started with an initial call with recruiter, then call with Engineering Manager where you get a take home project, then another call to discuss decisions made in your take project and finally a behavioural.

Interview
Booring . As a former Lego employee (part time), if the interview calls for it, be sure to bring up your passion for the brand. Themes you like, how you build, a set you desire. Most of your time will be wandering the sales floor answering questions and interacting with customers. I guarantee the manager is looking for someone who knows the stuff on the shelves and is personally invested in it.
