Interview
The interview process was smooth. Initial interview started with a recording session and followed by second round in Billund campus, as an assessment day. Upon final selection, last round interview was personality test with hiring manager and few team members.
The whole process feels very smooth and pleasant.

Interview
Overall, the recruitment process took about three months, and there were several interviews involved.
The first one was an online interview, where you had to answer some more generic questions about who you are by recording a short video for each question.
Afterwards, there was an assessment day for all applicants, where we were divided into groups. Before the assessment day, we had received a small repository, which we needed to get familiar with and make notes on what we would improve or change. This was discussed in groups with other applicants under observation from the recruitment team. After that, there was a small window for networking with the recruitment teams, as well as the other applicants.
The last interview was held in a more conventional format, only with the applicant and two LEGO employees. The interview was once again more focused on getting to know the applicant as a person, and the way they approach problems, and the technical questions were asked in a high-level manner.

Why I thought the LEGO group was a better match for me than my previous employer.
The interview process consisted of 3 interviews: an introductory screening, a behavioural interview, and a technical interview. The process took about 5 months total, and was conducted completely online. A major part of the interviews was finding out what I was interested in and assessing whether that was something that would be possible on the team.
