3 digital chats/interviews and one in person meeting. All were very relaxed, the only difficulty is not knowing when I would get confirmation of employment.
The internship previously had 2 automated interviews then 2 digital interviews with people. It was quite different to a normal process, but I enjoyed the variaty.
The workshop is a fun and engaging opportunity to meet new people in Billund, LEGO HQ. Before getting to the workshop there is an assignment to complete, work and showcase a LEGO product to the recruiters and designers of The LEGO Group
