First step was a application.

Interview
The first interview at the LEGO Group began with a formal introduction to the organisation, followed by a panel of current student workers who were available for questions. Candidates were then grouped into teams of three to four, where they were assessed through a structured group discussion based on a technical case study prepared in advance.
The interview process was good. I was contacted by email on the details. The interviewers were really polite, asked a lot of questions related to education and interests and we had a conversation afterwards.
