I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at tms (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2025
Interview
Filled out an application questionnaire (ranked top 5 intern positions/areas of interest, 7 prompts/questions to answer), 1 interview with prospective manager for my top intern role (not sure if others had multiple interviews with other ranked roles), received offer ~1.5 weeks after interview & accepted.

Question 1
What is your favorite campaign that tms has worked on?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at tms in June 2021
Interview
they were holding interviews 1-2 days before the program's start date. That alone seemed very rushed (even for an internship since you gotta do background checks, w4, etc.) Recruiter was very kind but didn't really ask any questions. It was to the point where i just took it upon myself to start speaking about myself and my background. the rest of the interview was them telling me about the company. I didn't get asked any questions about my skills, passions, experience or portfolio. usually this would be normal for a screening, but considering that this was the only interview we'd get before the final decision, I thought it strange that the recruiter didn't want any more insight on me as a candidate. we chatted for a little over fifteen minutes and I asked questions. I was promised I'd hear the next day regardless of the decision. It was all very fast. The next day I received no email or call or news whatsoever. More than a week passed and I never heard anything, not even a no! Seemed like a really amazing internship program and company. Was so excited for this interview but just ended up a little disappointed since everything was rushed and I got ghosted after talking with someone face to face which I feel shouldn't happen.

Question 1
-Wasn't asked any honestly. I gave an intro and began talking about myself and stopped when I thought it was appropriate.
The interview process is quick and the interviewer do not ask a lot of question. The interviewer is nice to tell with. So I have good interviewing experiences. The interviewer are the hr department and your boss.
