Interview
The process was quick. My background was already ran before I had my interview. I spoke with one of the recruiters and he asked me what I wanted in a job and that made me feel like they actually cared. He and everyone else in the office seemed professional but not uptight. Very welcoming and busy but I was made to feel like the top priority.

Question 1
What would you say to an irate passenger that was waiting a long time to get picked up?
Normal process, past experience, clean driving record, drug screen etc. not much of an interview process this company is in dire need of qualified drivers. Turnover is high as individuals who do come on board often find the work is not what they expected.
