tringapps UI Developer/Designer interview questions

I guess these people are conducting interviews for publicity purpose. I got call from recruiter in October 2016 for interview unfortunately I missed it, then again in November 2016 i got call for same position, technical and HR rounds done in three weeks of time and HR said like we will release offer by next week, but don't know what happened there no response and no reply from HR Team. December 2016 again they posted same job in job portals. don't know weather these guys really hiring or doing publicity with jobs.
