I applied online. I interviewed at tripsta (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in May 2017
Interview
I applied on the company's website and was contacted about 3 weeks later by a recruiter. I was invited at the company's headquarters where I attended a panel interview with the recruiter and a Data Science employee (the Marketing dept collaborates mainly with Data Science at this company). The recruiter worked in Greece, so the DS employee and I discussed with them in a video conference. I was asked basic questions, but they were very interested to know if I have basic knowledge in the field and if I'd be a good fit for the company in terms of personality, future plans, schedule. They seemed to be quite stressed about their work and and time management.

Interview
The interview wasn't difficult at all. First I had a phone discussion with the HR representative and the second day a face to face interview with the head of HR department in Greece. The third and the last interview was with the regional manager and we discussed all the details concerning the customer service representative position.

Interview
There was an online test and an interview with 2 senior engineers from the development team. They asked me about my experience and my projects. They were very polite in every way and they had an amazing working environment (one of the best in Greece)! Unfortunately for me the expectations for the position was much higher than my experience.
