      Consultant Interview

      26 Apr 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at turn IT on

      Interview

I had two interviews both hosted on Teams with an area manager and then the senior area manager. Both were about 45 minutes long and tended to focus more on culture than technical knowledge. Most questions were in the typical "Can you give me an example of a time when you...." format. There were no unfair "gotcha" questions which many IT interviewers do.

      Interview questions [2]

Can you tell me a time you had to give someone bad news in an IT situation?
      1 Answer

      Question 2

How did the person respond to the above, and how did you deal with it?
