First Call with a recruiter from U:fynd and it lasted for 15 minutes, he asked about tell me about my self, any technical knowledge of backend languages and if I have some skills in Data Science

Tell me about yourself and some Technical questions about Python
I got invited to what they name "first call" which is a 15/20mn easy conversation. When this conversation goes well, they propose you a proper interview, which was the case for me. They proposed me to meet on a specific day saying that I would quickly receive the meeting link. And then I've never heard about them again. Ghosters. The person I had the conversation with was nevertheless very pleasant.

There are no real interview questions for this first call. just the classic "talk about yourself" and they also present their company.

Es war ein sehr freundliches, lockeres und offenes Gespräch! Zu aller erst bekam ich eine kurze Vorstellung und mir wurden viele verschiedene Getränke angeboten. Dann wurde mir das Unternehmen ausführlich vorgestellt und wie es zu der Gründung kam. Danach sollte ich mich kurz vorstellen und mir wurden ein paar Fragen zu meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen gestellt. Nun hatte ich Zeit Fragen zu stellen.
Zusammengefasst war es ein sehr angenehmes Gespräch, und ich habe mich ab dem Zeitpunkt sofort in dem Unternehmen wohlgefühlt. So eine gute Erfahrung mit Vorstellungsgesprächen habe ich selten gemacht.
