Interview
One of the worst interview experiences I've ever encountered in my life. If you are someone who is seriously and actively looking out for a job, don't waste your time interviewing with them.
In my case, the interviews got over within two days leading to my selection. The rounds were very basic. It was more like understanding the profile. The recruiter requested for my previous salary slips and informed me that I'll get the offer letter within a week. I waited for a week and gradually one week became one month. Losing all interest in the process, I started giving interviews in other organizations. They used to touch base with me every two weeks giving me all sorts of excuses which is causing them a delay in providing the offer letter. After one and a half month, they discussed the salary structure which they plan to offer me. I further decided to join them as I was still looking out for a better opportunity. I gave them my joining date. Something to note here, every interaction I'd with the recruiter was over the phone. No email interactions as such.
After two months of following up with me, one fine day they called me up and said that there is a hiring freeze which currently started in the company and it will extend till October and hence they gave me the option to wait for another two months or go for other opportunities. I was furious and highly disappointed by their unprofessionalism. Luckily, I had another opportunity in hand, I decided to join the other company. Now fast forward to one month, the recruiter called me up asking me if I'm still open for the job.
If a potential candidate is been treated in such an unprofessional way, you can easily conclude how good they treat their employees. I wasted a lot of my time and energy in doing back and forth and hence would never ever recommend anyone to go through the same.
