      Junior Software Engineer Interview

      11 July 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Kansas City, MO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at v2 Ventures (Kansas City, MO) in Mar 2012

      Interview

The first part was over the phone, where I was given some technical questions. This is how I got to make it to the next part. It was a one on one interview. There, I had to go through a long personality test. I had to answer many questions regarding my personality. I also had to do an activity where I had to select words describing my strengths and weaknesses. After that, I had to write a small algorithm on the board. The algorithim was to write a factorial function
