Interview
I was informed about the opening through a colleague, and applied online. Cassandra reached out immediately explaining the interview process and steps to follow. In the first round, I had an initial interview with Cassandra/HR Recruiter, followed by interviews with the hiring manager, and VP of Finance.
During my second round of interviews, I started with a RA Analyst exercise to test my knowledge and skills. This was followed by in person interviews at the corporate office with the hiring manager, Accounts Payable department, and HR Department. I also had conference calls/interviews with the VP of Finance and Accountant - Special Projects.

The interviews were more open discussion based to discuss my skills, knowledge, and experience. One question I was asked, what prior roles prepared me for this opening?
