The interview process consisted of 3 rounds:
Introduction Round – A brief discussion about my background, experience, current role, and projects.
Technical Round – Medium difficulty level. Most questions were focused on CSS, along with HTML, JavaScript, WordPress, and practical problem-solving scenarios.
HR Round – General discussion about notice period, salary expectations, career goals, and availability to join.
The interview process went well, and overall, it was a positive experience. However, there were significant delays due to the interviewer's availability, which led to a considerable amount of waiting time on my end.
Additionally, I found the company's stance on the offer letter to be quite rigid. I had requested a reduction in the notice period, but unfortunately, the company was not open to any flexibility. Given this, I have decided not to proceed with signing the offer.
