Very strange management process. The first interview was conducted in groups, which already felt disorganized. I was shortlisted for a second-stage physical interview, but during the session, the interviewer was unprofessional and even scolded me without clear reason. The overall experience felt disrespectful and poorly managed.

First phase is an online group interview. U just need to introduce yourself in 3 minutes. It went well and i managed to move to the second phase that is technical assessment. I poured all of my heart to this, spent and stay up late on my whole weekend working on the assesment, recorded the presentation on the night of weekdays, managed to submit 3 days earlier than the deadline, only to get a rejection that said "your design is too basic and simple". Yeah i guess you need to be SUPER skillfull to get this position. Cant even got a chance for an interview. If you think ure so so and got little to no knowledge about the position applied, better not to procced cuz u will be heartbroken because of the rejection. U will not even get a management interview. If ure skillfull and experienced enough to do their assessment, you can apply. Just go ahaed. (just wanted to minimize the amount of people who will get their heart shattered and broken)
