Lots of tasks, no feedback. Many rounds and no direction - needed more direction and explanation on the process. Work was not too difficult but was time consuming and had to be completed while on zoom.
It was long but communicative. There were multiple traditional interviews, but also multiple rounds of tests. The project manager I was working with during the interview process was super kind and transparent though.
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at wikiHow (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
1 phone screen for 30 minutes with one recruiter
A video call interview with another manager on the team for 30 minutes
Was sent an assignment to complete and a personality test to take due in a week
