xpd global interview questions

Difficult but goes by real quick if you are actually a great candidate for the job. You will get the job if you are qualified. Great process. Everyone should try and do it.

The first in interview with HR was fantastic. Really made me feel great about the opportunity. Immediately we scheduled a panel interview with two directors I would be working with. One showed up 15 min late, the other never came. The questions I was being asked were not valid questions for the role, or would require me to know the inner workings of the company and their onboarding, not really possible. They then ghosted me for 3 weeks. HR reached to let me know they would not be moving forward (shocking) to which I then explained what an awful experience it was and that I would not want to pursue it anyways.
