a long 4 stage interview. hr, technical, Director and on site. but mostly they do ghost hiring so that the people and system think they are still active. i will say its not worth it to work with them
Firstfully message with recruiter and sometimes small meeting. Second part meeting HR. After call with HR meeting with technical team. Sometimes with test task, but usually without test tasks for now

Then there is an interview with HR and a manager.
Finally there is a short interview with the company founders.
