I met with 4 members of the team individually. Everyone was very friendly and provided valuable insights into the job. Despite this, my overall experience was negative. 1) I never heard back from them after following up. 2) The interview room was not very clean. Antacid packets and other debris was all over the place. 3) I was surprised I did not meet the employee that conducted the phone screen during the on-site interview. I understand that this person may not interview me, but a greeting would have been appreciated. I never write reviews like this, but its the little things that count. I would have declined an offer based on point 2 above.
