The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Admin Assistant to join our Business Advisory team in Melbourne. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our advisors and broader team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to an exceptional client experience. Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Business Advisory team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases across client and team activities
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and support meeting preparation and logistics
• Manage travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, approvals and expenses
• Act as a central coordination point for administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are tracked and met
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to support seamless service delivery
• Provide occasional reception coverage and support onboarding/training when required
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance team efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Experience providing administrative support in a corporate or professional services environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A strong client service mindset with a proactive, “can-do” approach
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams
