      Great learning opportunities, but understaffed and overwhelming

      Pros

      Good for learning early career and a lot of friendly people but you have to put yourself out there. Go to the social events! It's worth it long term.

      Cons

      There is a lot to do! And understaffed in middle management and it can be very stressful. Most partners are decent people although 1 or 2 can be... unpleasant.

      Great Team , Good base to gain experience

      Cons

      Low salary, high productivity expectations, Career paths are very limited. Work Life Balance questionable. High administrative pressure similar too a boutique firm. Old management style Server computer with High Latency / Lagging. Performance Degradation Also server is intentionally slowed down by software limits or bandwidth restriction. Extremely hard to meet KPI s as this benefits management.

      The people were very nice

      Terrible pay, office is dead quiet, a lot of the partners are selfish and greedy people. People constantly coming and leaving.
