Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Web Designer role based in Gold Coast. The Web Designer will create visually compelling, user-centered website designs that reflect client brand strategy and storytelling goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing responsive web layouts, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and developers to produce cohesive digital experiences. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to interpret briefs, refine concepts based on feedback, and ensure consistent design quality. The Web Designer will also stay current with design trends, usability best practices, and front-end possibilities to continuously improve the studio’s digital work.

Qualifications:

• Strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills, with a portfolio showcasing modern, user-focused websites.
• Graphic Design and Graphics skills for creating visual assets, layouts, and design systems aligned with brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Understanding of UX principles, accessibility best practices, and mobile-first design.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a studio environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design.
• Relevant qualification in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in an agency or studio environment and familiarity with branding projects is an advantage.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
