Pros

They are too task-oriented and lack the human-centric approach

Cons

Terrible recruiting and very one sided on the client-side. Without good candidates this firm is lousy as hell.

Pros

Working at Switch has given me opportunities to develop my career and grow but the thing that sticks out to me is the people. Switch is a collection of really good people who constantly want to do good work. There is a flexible working-from-home policy that gives me balance. The work is interesting and broadly the customers are really easygoing and good to work with. My line manager is supportive but honest and provides me with the feedback I need to develop, also defending the team where necessary.

Cons

Since WFH policy has been introduced there isn't as much adhoc socialising as I would like. However, the social team does a great job in organising scheduled events on a regular basis.
