About the Department
The department provides a wide range of learning and development support and services.
The department provides policy leadership, plans for the future of education in Victoria and leads key cross-sector collaboration. The department plays an important system steward role by providing support, guidance, oversight and assurance across early childhood and school education systems, as well as directly providing school education and 50 new early learning centres.
About the Division
The Early Childhood Implementation Division leads reform implementation and improvement efforts across the region, working closely with and supporting DE Executive Directors of Area and their ECIB teams, as well as external stakeholders, in strengthening and supporting the early childhood sector
About the Role
The role is responsible for:

Stakeholder management across all four regions and within the Department to drive project objectives.

Providing timely advice and reporting to management, executive and stakeholders.

Undertaking data analysis and developing reports to provide to internal stakeholders, including data interpretation.

Establishing and supporting project and program governance, including administrative support for existing regional governance groups.

Administrative coordination for activity across the four regional Early Childhood Implementation Divisions.

Preparation of executive briefing materials, including on human resource matters where required.
Attributes
To be successful in this role you will have strong communications skills, project management experience, stakeholder management skills, administration skills and be detail focused.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Desirable: Tertiary qualification in relevant field.
